If things go as per plan, Shahrukh might be romancing Kajol, Anushka Sharma & Rani Mukerji in Chennai Express .

“The storyline requires three more female actors besides Deepika to play SRK’s girlfriends in special appearances. So they have decided to rope in Kajol, Anushka and Rani, since they have already worked with him in the past. It will help build excitement about the film,” says an insider.

Right now, things are being finalised between the filmmakers and the three actors. Since the shoot of Chennai Express has just begun, they aren’t in a hurry, says the insider. “It’s unlikely that the makers would comment on it now as everything is being kept under wraps. But if all goes well, Kajol, Rani and Anushka would shoot their part within a couple of months.”

“We’ve just started shooting. So, nothing is finalised. At the moment, it’s not right for me to comment", said Rohit Shetty, director of Chennai Express.

Kajol has revealed that suggestions she is part of Shah Rukh Khan's Chennai Express are still at "the rumor stage".

The Bollywood star has been tipped to feature alongside Rani Mukherji and Anushka Sharma in the three-heroine project.

"I have no idea as yet. Even I have just heard about it. It is still a rumor. It is in the rumor stage currently," she told Bollywood Reporter Sunny Malik.

Kajol was recently in London to attend the ARTiculate Gala charity event, hosted by Pratham UK.

She also spoke about her special appearance in Student of the Year, saying: "The emphasis is on cameo, literally. By the time you will say cameo, it will be over."

The actress had previously interacted with lead actors Sidharth Malhotra and Varun Dhawan when they worked as assistant directors on My Name Is Khan.

"The first time I heard that Karan is launching them, I asked them that now you are on the other side of the camera, how it feels like to go from the crew to cast basically," she revealed. "They were both a bit nervous and said it's completely different and really scary.

"I said, now you know what we go through and next time I don't want to hear any nonsense from you guys. No, but they were really wonderful as assistants. I have seen the trailers but have not seen the film much. But whatever I have seen, they will do really well, touch wood, and they look fantastic."

Student of the Year releases October 19.

Madhuri Dixit and Juhi Chawla, who were professional rivals during their prime in the 1990s, are reportedly getting along well on the sets of Gulaabi Gang, the Anubhav Sinha-produced movie that they’re currently filming.

Dixit, who, along with her husband Dr Sriram Nene and two sons, moved back to India some time ago, is also being hotly pursued to star in Endemol’s desi remake of the popular American TV series The Good Wife, which has Julianna Margulies in the central role. According to a well-placed source within the production house, Dixit has committed in principle to the project, but is still haggling over her fee and dates.

The production company is also believed to have approached Kajol to star in their proposed remake of another popular TV show, The Killing, itself remade from a successful Danish crime series. But Kajol has expressed her reservations about making any sort of commitment till she’s seen a final script of the entire show. It appears the producers also approached top film directors to helm the series, but negotiations fell through because they were offering a pittance as salaries, and had allotted even less for production expenses, keeping the bulk of their budget aside for their star’s likely fees.

It's been a while where rumours are doing rounds of Ajay Devgn or Kajol doing a cameo in Rohit Shetty's directorial 'Chennai Express'. The couple has denied of doing any cameo in the film. The film stars Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone in the lead roles.

As per a reliable source, "Rohit Shetty is all geared up with 'Chennai Express'. Buzz is that Ajay and Kajol are suppose to do a cameo in the film but the duo has denied the rumour." Rohit Shetty somewhere believes that Ajay is his lucky mascot considering the records of hit films they have worked on. So was this the reason of Rohit's approach to his 'Singham' star for the cameo? Unfortunately that didn't go down too well with the Devgns.

It's all false rumours that are being spread." The entire 'Son Of Sardaar' and 'Jab Tak Hai Jaan' clash episode had left the Devgns pretty miffed and they have openly denied of not boarding SRK's 'Chennai Express'.
